This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed through Glossier Girls Perfumes & Cosmetics Trading L.L.C are prepared, shipped and delivered, and forms an integral part of the Company’s Terms and Conditions of Service and Refund and Return Policy.

The shipping and delivery times shown to the customer are estimated times and are not guaranteed dates.
The estimated duration is determined based on the available shipping method, the courier company, the delivery location, and the transport and customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
Accordingly, any duration displayed during ordering represents the operational time expected by the courier company, and it may increase or decrease depending on the actual circumstances of the shipment.

Once the order has been handed over to the courier company, international transport, customs clearance and final delivery become subject to the procedures of the courier company and the competent government authorities in the destination country.
All international shipments may be subject to customs procedures, inspection and examination, or additional requirements in accordance with the laws and procedures of the destination country.
Glossier Girls has no authority to control the decisions of customs authorities, the duration of clearance procedures, or to expedite them.

Clearance times may differ from one shipment to another even where the shipments are bound for the same destination.

The Company remains committed to following up on the order within the scope of its responsibilities and to providing the customer with the updates available.
The customer may follow the status of their order and shipping updates through the Glossier Girls application and the tracking system linked to the order.
Some shipping and tracking operations may be powered by technical integrations with courier companies and logistics service providers.
For reasons relating to privacy and the protection of customer data, operational numbers or data associated with consolidated shipments may not be shared where such shipments contain more than one order or more than one customer.
The protection of other customers’ data is treated with the same level of protection as the customer’s own data.
More than one order may be transported within a single international shipment or consolidated shipping operation.
In such cases, some shipment data or tracking numbers may be associated with more than one order, and therefore data that could reveal information relating to other customers or orders is not shared.
Information specific to the customer’s order is provided through the Company’s channels and the tracking system available to them, in a manner consistent with privacy and data protection requirements.
For international shipments, the risk of loss of or damage to the product passes in accordance with the applicable terms upon handover of the order to the international courier company, with any claim or handling of the case being subject to the applicable laws and the Company’s Refund and Return Policy.
For domestic shipments, risks relating to loss or damage are subject to the applicable delivery and receipt terms.
In all cases, we urge the customer to contact us immediately if there is any issue with the condition of the product or the order, so that the case can be assessed and the appropriate action taken in accordance with the applicable policies and laws.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery address and all information required to complete the shipping process before confirming the order.
Providing an incorrect or incomplete address may result in additional delay or other charges imposed by the courier company.
Some international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees or additional costs imposed by the competent authorities in the destination country.
Such charges, where applicable, are subject to the laws and procedures of the destination country, and Glossier Girls does not control their amount or their imposition.
Glossier Girls is not a shipping company or a customs authority.
We prepare the order and hand it over to the approved courier company, while the courier company undertakes the transport and delivery operations in accordance with its own services and operational terms.
Cancellations, returns and refunds are subject to the Company’s Refund and Return Policy.
For orders that have been shipped outside the United Arab Emirates, refund procedures are not initiated until the product has been returned to the United Arab Emirates and delivered to us, and then inspected and verified in accordance with the approved policy and the applicable laws.
